Greens are winning here

On 5th of May, many of us have the chance to vote for the people that we want to represent us and advocate for our communities. In some places it will be the first time in years voters have been able to choose their local councillors, and we are working hard to make big gains across England and Wales.

Our future success is down to the hard work and dedication of teams of volunteers tirelessly knocking on doors, delivering leaflets and turning out in force on Polling Day. Could you be part of making history with us this May?

Greens are building fairer, Greener communities

Green councillors stand up for their local communities, work hard on their behalf and listen to their needs. We are the only party that put both nature and local communities at the heart of our policies - striving for fairer, Greener communities every day.

From calling the first Climate Emergency Declaration in Bristol, to housing unaccompanied asylum seeking children in Brighton and Hove, from the groundbreaking Lewes council model, where thousands of social homes are being upgraded to make them warmer and cheaper to heat, to chucking fossil fuels out of Merseyside council Pension Funds, Greens are building fairer, Greener communities.

Where Greens are elected we will be working hard to reduce the burden of the cost of living crisis, increase the safety of our streets and access to public transport and green spaces, as well as boosting health and care services locally.

Each of the major parties will spend millions on the election. We are not funded by big business or the trade unions. Our campaign is people powered and we need your help to get more Greens elected, so please take action today!
